November 27th, 2009 our dream horse arrived! Uncommon Valor made his long journey from California to Vermont to join our beautiful herd of Gypsies. Valor is everything we could have ever hoped for and more! He is a gorgeous Buckskin Tobiano, and this adorable colt has amazing breeding behind him. He is the son of the incredible Harlequin Playboy, son of Clononeen Tumbleweed, Valor has been blessed with the most beautiful little head, just like his Sire and Grand Sire. He has tons of hair and long silky feathers, Valor is the perfect example of a traditional Gypsy stallion, with a unique color to complete the package!! Valor's dam is Desert Jewel's Mystery, a gorgeous daughter of Romeo! We are thrilled to add this colt to our Stallion line up, and can't wait to see what he will throw in the future! We are hoping to add some unique colors to our Gypsy foals in the future. Watch for this colt to hit the show scene in 2010 in hand! Uncommon Valor was named for our sons who serve our country and have sacrificed so much for our freedom, we are forever grateful to our son's, Sgt. Andrew Gendron, USMC, seriously wounded in Afghanistan, and Spc Travis Gendron, currently serving in Afghanistan.
Valor has fit right in to our farm, he is doing awesome, handled everyday, and is growing up to be such a beautiful young stallion! We will not be standing Valor to outside mares.
